It is 10,000 square feet consisting of a general fitness area with traditional equipment and cardio machines, a group fitness room for yoga and indoor cycle, a childcare room, 3,000 square foot CrossFit space, indoor speed lanes, and private restrooms There are no contracts and a one time enrollment fee of $50. We offer discounts for students, first responders and spouses, military and spouses, and teachers. Fitness memberships, Group Fitness memberships, and CrossFit memberships are all available for best suiting you and your fitness needs. It is fully staffed by professional trainers, coaches, and instructors to answer all your questions and help you achieve the fitness goals. It is locally owned and operated by Andrew Tucker who started Acceleration Fitness and Sports Performance when returning home to Gulf Breeze from competing as an athlete on the US Bobsled Team. His love is fitness and his home has always been Gulf Breeze.
